7 – DESIGN HYBRID LEARNING

Blended learning has been a well-known training approach for many years now but in recent months as employees have been working remotely, the need for a hybrid learning programme has been identified, ie one that combines the flexibility of self-paced online learning with highly engaging live experiences.

Redesigning learning programmes to ensure they are appropriate for today’s circumstances also provides the opportunities to re-think the whole approach to programme design.
