This would afford them access to beautiful, one-of-a-kind photos that match up exactly with the message in their deck. Unfortunately, most professionals aren’t lucky enough to have a photographer at their disposal, and many must turn to stock photos to illustrate their presentations.

Stock photos often get a bad rap as cheesy or staged, and while that may be the case for some stock photos, there are actually lots of great stock photos available that can be used to enhance presentations.”

Although Ryan’s article focuses on creating visually appealing presentations for live audiences, presentation software is very useful tool to create a variety of visual resources for on demand use – easily, quickly and cost-effectively.
