<< 1 – INTRODUCTION TO MODERN WORKPLACE LEARNING
These results for the survey suggest that currently
- most efforts are focused on modernising training activities
- some organisations are planning to extend their activities to enable and support other ways of learning at work
- few organisations are extending their modern workplace learning practices, and yet it is the activities (at the bottom of the table) that will really make a difference.
These results might help you decide which areas you want to work on to adopt Modern Workplace Learning in your organisation, in which case, follow the relevant links to find out more.
