In summary, there are many ways that a Modern Workplace Learning Practitioner can enable and support the 4 D’s of Learning, but as this is new thinking it will first be important to establish a new mindset and culture of workplace learning. This won’t happen overnight; it will take time to adopt new ways of working with managers and individuals.
